The OWC Aura N2 uses a Silicon Motion SM2263XT controller and QLC V-NAND memory technology and supports standard S.M.A.R.T. and TRIM functionality.

This drive is compatible with the following Mac laptops: MacBook Pro 15" Mid 2015, 2014, and 2013; MacBook Pro 13" Early 2015, 2014, and 2013; and MacBook Air 13" Mid 2017, Early 2015, Early 2014, and Mid 2013. It is also compatible with the Accelsior 1A Apple Factory SSD PCIe adapter card.
