The Dreame D20 Ultra is a high-performance robot vacuum cleaner and mop designed for thorough cleaning of various surfaces in the home. It is equipped with DuoScrub™ vibrating mop technology and rotating mop pads that effectively remove stubborn dirt from smooth floors, while suction power of up to 13,000 Pa ensures that dust, hair, and larger particles are easily lifted from floors and carpets.
Advanced LDS laser navigation and 3DAdapt™ obstacle detection allow the robot to accurately map the space, intelligently plan cleaning paths, and avoid obstacles such as furniture or cables—ensuring a more efficient cleaning routine.
The D20 Ultra includes a PowerDock™ station that automatically:
empties dust from the collector into a large bag (up to ~100 days without emptying),
washes and dries mop cloths,
fills and empties the water tanks,significantly reducing maintenance and manual work for the user.
The robot also recognizes carpets and automatically lifts the mop to prevent wet dirt on fabrics. The high-capacity battery allows for long cleaning autonomy (several hours on a single charge), with the option for the robot to land on the station itself when the battery is low and then return and continue cleaning where it left off.
The entire system can be controlled via a mobile app – setting schedules, virtual boundaries, controlling suction power and mopping wetness level, and it also supports voice assistants for easy control.
