With the BPA-free BACKMEISTER® Design, bread virtually bakes itself! Breads weighing 700 to 1,000 grams can be baked in the chic, cool-touch outfit of the appliance. Twelve stored programs are available – one of them is especially for gluten-free bread. Since both the baking pan and the kneader have a non-stick coating, they are very easy to clean.
Select the program via the user-friendly, backlit LCD display with soft-touch controls. The Timer button that can be pre-programmed up to 13 hours and selection of the degree of browning, are two of the practical features. When the baking process is finished, the warming function, which lasts approximately 60 minutes, is automatically activated. If there is a short-term power failure the power failure protection function will continue with the selected program, if power is restored within 15 minutes.
With its non-slip feet the white-black BACKMEISTER® Design stands secure and stable on the counter-top even in spite of the effective kneading, and with the large view window you can always keep an eye on baking progress!
In addition to measuring cups, measuring spoons and dough hook remover, accessories also include the operating instructions with great recipe ideas.
